For each regular paper presentation, 15 minutes will be allocated according to the program. Time will be distributed in 10 minutes of oral presentation and 5 minutes of questions and answers. Each speaker should bring a computer with the presentation and connect it to our projection system. Audio will be available for reproduction of video with sound. We strongly encourage the presenters, a connection test before the session starts.
For Late Breaking Reports the allocated time will be 4 minutes for presentation and no extra time for questions and/or answers. Interaction with the speakers will follow the LBR session during the coffee break. All the speakers will be requested to bring their computer with the presentation and test the connection beforehand.
All session chairs, will be requested to introduce the session by announcing the session title and a brief information like their name and affiliation. Then, the session chairs will introduce each paper of the session with their corresponding speaker. Session chairs will control the time allocated for each paper by using signs of 5, 2 and 1 minute left, to make the speakers aware of their time. Also, the chairs will coordinate the questions from the public and the time for answers.
